No sign-up, no app and no discount code to remember.

  1. Book in your name

    Call Theo's Taxis and mention the Anord Mardix staff offer when booking a metered journey. Use the name shown on your staff ID.

  2. Bring your staff badge

    Show your current Anord Mardix photo staff badge to the driver at pickup on every discounted journey. Bring the original badge, rather than a photo or screenshot.

  3. Travel and save

    You must travel in the taxi to use your perk. Once your badge is checked, receive 10% off the metered fare at the end of your journey.

The discount travels with you. Friends or family can join you in the same taxi, but they cannot use your discount when you are not travelling.

A few things to know

Can I book for a friend or family member?

They are welcome to travel with you, but you must be a passenger for the discounted journey. Booking in your name for somebody travelling without you does not qualify.

Do I need to be travelling to or from work?

No. The offer is for personal metered journeys, including commuting and leisure trips. Company account journeys and agreed corporate or fixed fares are excluded.

Does the discount apply to airport transfers or corporate rates?

No. The 10% staff discount applies to metered journeys only. Agreed corporate rates, including airport transfer rates, remain unchanged. Fixed-price fares and company account journeys are also excluded.

What happens if I forget my badge?

The normal fare applies if you cannot show your current original photo staff badge. Please bring it on every discounted journey.

Will you keep a copy of my ID?

No copy is required. Simply show your original staff badge to the driver at pickup. Please do not send us payslips or identity documents.

Offer terms

  • Available to current Anord Mardix employees on personal metered journeys only, booked directly with Theo's Taxis. Mention the offer when booking.
  • The booking must be in the employee's name. The employee must travel for the discounted journey and show their current original photo staff badge at pickup. Photos, screenshots and borrowed badges are not accepted.
  • Save 10% on the metered fare at the end of the journey. Separately itemised parking, tolls and other third-party charges are not discounted.
  • Not transferable, not exchangeable for cash and not combinable with other discounts. Company account journeys and agreed corporate or fixed fares, including airport transfer rates, are excluded. Existing agreed corporate rates remain unchanged.
  • Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. If eligibility cannot be verified, the normal fare applies.
